Turn the TV on and make sure your iPhone and TV are on the same Wi‑Fi network (not a guest network). Allow Vymote to use the Local Network: Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network → Vymote. You can also enter the TV’s IP address — you’ll find it in the TV’s network settings.

Choose your TV, then select Allow on the TV with its own remote. After that Vymote connects by itself. Samsung TVs from 2016 and newer are supported.

Choose your TV and accept the request on the TV. If the TV asks again later, accept it again.

No confirmation is needed. If the buttons don’t work, on the Roku open Settings → System → Advanced system settings → Control by mobile apps and allow network access.

Choose your TV and type the 6-character code it shows. If Vymote says the TV doesn’t answer the remote service, open Google Play on the TV → My apps and update “Android TV Remote Service”, then try again.

No. iPhone has no infrared, so Vymote works only with smart TVs on the same Wi‑Fi network.

Cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. To restore a subscription on a new iPhone, open Vymote → Settings → Subscription & Restore → Restore Purchases.
